Week Six, the halfway point in the 2017 season. Last week, PToThePowerOf2 continued to stack more victories, posting an 8-2 record in week five. Thus rising the season victory total higher than the suspension rates at Imani Christian to 35 victories and only 7 defeats.
Our inbox continues to be filled with various emails from our great supports and fans. Our love for these supporters will never go unrecognized! We thank you for your support! Sold out since day 1, stay classy, or not, because we all know that those folks don't know what that is!

CLASS 'AAAAA'
Upper Saint Clair Panthers (5-1) vs West Allegheny Indians (5-0)
Friday, 7:00pm from West Allegheny.
Two of the greatest coaches of all time in the WPIAL will do battle. Jim Render of Upper St. Clair and Bob Palko of West Allegheny. Last week, Upper Saint Clair took care of business by defeating Chartiers Valley, 38-12. Panthers QB Jack Hansberry has thrown for 889 yards on the season with 6 touchdowns. WR's Tom Kyle and Dom Cepullio have combined for over 600 yards receiving and 3 touchdowns. RB Colin McLinden has 506 yards rushing, with 7 touchdowns on 103 carries. West Allegheny continues to win, as they do this often. Last week, Palko's Indians defeated Kiski, 31-7.
West Allegheny will continue to operate on the wildcat offense, with 3 different options at quarterback. Kam Kruze and Jamie Diven have thrown for a combined 319 yards and 1 touchdown. Wil Weber will see the majority of the ball, as this season, he has rushed for 460 yards and 8 touchdowns. West Allegheny struggled to defeat North Hills in week three, 29-28. Upper St Clair defeated North Hills the week prior, 21-7.
This game could turn into a classic. Make the trip to Imperial, PA if possible! We'll be watching!
West Allegheny over Upper Saint Clair
CLASS 'AAAA'
Montour Spartans (4-1) vs Highlands Golden Rams (3-2)
Friday, 7:00pm from Highlands.
Highlands looks to attempt to stay alive in the playoff hunt, for now, with a contest with Montour. The Rams last week defeated Albert Gallatin, 30-20. Rams QB Seth Choen has thrown for 988 yards and 12 touchdowns. Wideout Romello Freeman has 333 yards receiving and has 4 touchdowns.
Montour defeated Knoch last week, 35-3. The Spartans have not played anyone noteworthy since the Big Nine is a weak conference this season. Montour will lean on RB Brayden Jones who has amassed 420 yards and has four touchdowns and QB Kavon Mormon, who has 753 yards passing and 9 touchdowns. The Spartans only loss this season came in week 3 to Mars, 26-15.
Cerro's Spartans will attempt to stay on course to attempt to at least obtain a share of the conference title in a final week showdown with South Fayette.
Montour over Highlands
CLASS 'AAA'
Clairton Bears (4-1) vs Aliquippa Quips (6-0)
Friday, 7:00pm from Aliquippa at the world famous "Pit"
Last season, in the highly anticipated matchup, the Bears of Clairton destroyed Aliquippa, 52-16. RB Lamont Wade rushed for 259 yards and 4 touchdowns only on 11 carries. Lamont Wade is now at State College with Penn State. Clairton lost last week to a suspended Imani Christian team, 18-6. Clairton will place all their trust in do-it-all athlete Tre'Sean Howard who leads the Bears in all statistical categories. Rushing, Receiving and Touchdowns.
Aliquippa does not forget what occurred last season. RB Avante "Chief" McKenzie has rushed for 784 yards this season with 7 touchdowns. The Quips defense has not allowed an offense touchdown all season! The Quips are allowing just 1.7 points per game this season. Clairton has not lost back to back games in a decade.
Revenge is a cold dish, especially when served at "The Pit". A long night on-deck for the Bears.
