W.P.I.A.L. High School Football Forecast: Playoff Edition Round One

Each week, Pittsburgh SportsNation will bring you uncensored, no holds barred predictions by a guru who goes by the moniker “P To The Power of 2”. He is one of our underground writers who covers WPIAL High School Football in Western Pennsylvania. Or is it she? Either way, we'll never tell!

The following is another presentation of P-TO-THE-POWER-OF-2......

Ah yes, another post season is upon us, freshman arrive wide-eyed with dreams of future glory, while seniors prepare for their last chance at immortality....there are a few of these opportunities in a young man's life, a handful of chances to distinguish yourself from the rest....it is on these fields where history is made, where legends begin, and where hero's triumph....traditions tell the story of what you represent, of those who forge the legacy you uphold....when you come charging out of that locker room, everyone will be watching your every move...how you respond to that pressure is what defines you....these are the moments that reveal your toughness, determination and pride....the time has come....another shot at WPIAL gold....the Highway to Heinz....or just another construction zone on 376.

Rumor has it that my articles are too much truth for the fans of Central Valley....awww poor you. Face the facts that you still continue to illegally recruit players from Rochester, Blackhawk, Crestview(OH) and plenty others.

Last week they continued to rack up more disgrace & ignorance points. Public Address announcer Mike Rossi and his favoritism is by far the worst I've possibly ever witnessed in high school football. The final week of the season, they wait until their conference rival comes into town and they not only slap West Allegheny in the face by announcing a WPIAL Girls Golf Championship, but also a WPIAL Boys Basketball Championship. The other 5 home contests you had were not good enough to make these?

Then the icing on the cake....While Indians fans were departing the stadium, the chirping from the freeloaders on the hill started. A quote I overheard, "This is our field!" Are you kidding me? You didn't even pay to enter the game! You sir are a simpleton! Continuing to cheat student athletes....You stay classy!

Last week, I posted a record of 7-3, I continue to raise the victory column week after week....so, the 2014 regular season total finishes at 70 wins and 19 defeats....finishing at 78%....Not too good, but I'll take it....Let's get to work....
